Portfolio > What Shadows We Are, What Shadows We Pursue

This work was a radical departure in its use of only black and white paint. In my previous work all color had never been achieved through the admixture of black, so black was never used. There is also a more obvious use of the wood support here, sometimes gessoed and sometimes left ungessoed. The title of the group was found in another context, but felt appropriate to the group.
